Twenty-three areas, decided as one place

A pickleball club isn't a room. It's courts, a stadium, a food hall, a rooftop bar, a spa and 243 parking spaces. Here's how a client saw all of it before a court was poured.

01. The brief was a list

The client arrived with a program, not a picture: twenty-three areas and a site. The job was one language for all of them: dark steel, warm timber, white brick, planting, glass onto the courts.

02. The plan

07. The members’ side

Everything a member touches that is not a court

A store, a therapy suite, saunas and cold plunges, locker rooms. And the member lounge, with the same hanging planting as the food hall, so the two ends of the building answer each other.
